What’s breaking right now

Productivity platforms are now compliance platforms

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams aren’t “just email and chat” anymore. They’re your identity layer, your legal hold system, your audit trail, and your insider risk surface. Most internal IT teams were never staffed for that.

🆕
Onboarding is chaos
New hires need email, Teams/Meet, groups, shared drives, project folders, MFA, role-based access, signatures… yesterday. Half of it gets set up manually, half of it gets forgotten.
🚪
Offboarding is worse
Is that former employee still in Finance SharePoint? Still in Zoom recordings? Still forwarding email? If HR has to ask, you’re already exposed.
💸
License sprawl = money burn
Orgs regularly pay for unused 365 / Workspace / Zoom seats for months because no one is tracking who actually needs which tier.
⚖️
No retention / legal hold discipline
You’re subject to contracts, discovery, and regulatory retention — but chat logs and email archives aren’t being governed to policy. That is a legal time bomb.
The hidden bill

“Just let IT handle it” is already costing you

This isn’t just “help desk work.” It’s financial leakage, audit exposure, and insider risk. We’ll show you where it’s leaking — and then we’ll own that work.

Operational Drag
Every Single Week
The same repetitive user management tasks pile up and block your internal team from the strategic projects leadership actually cares about.
  • Manual account creation / disabling across multiple systems
  • “Can you add me to that SharePoint / Drive folder?” tickets
  • “Why can’t I join this Teams channel / Zoom room?” tickets
  • Guesswork around who needs E5 vs. Business Premium vs. Basic
  • Video meeting / chat sprawl with zero governance
Regulatory & Legal Risk
Quarterly Surprise
Auditors, insurers, and litigators want proof you control access, preserve evidence, and retire accounts cleanly. “Yeah, we think so” is not proof.
  • Shared inboxes no one owns but everyone can read
  • Chat logs that should be retained — or deleted — but aren’t
  • Departed staff still able to view client folders
  • No defensible chain of custody for exec email
  • Your license report doesn’t match your HR roster
What we actually do

We operate the core workplace stack for you

Microsoft 365 • Google Workspace • Zoho • Teams • Meet • Zoom. You stay in control of strategy and approval. We handle the execution, enforcement, and evidence.

➡️
Provisioning & Deprovisioning
New hire? We create their accounts, groups, drive access, email, MFA, conferencing. Termination? We shut them down everywhere, same day, with logged proof.
👥
Role & License Management
We manage distribution lists, SharePoint/Drive/WorkDrive access, Teams/Meet/Zoom roles, and keep you from paying for orphaned licenses you don’t use.
✉️
Email Security Hardening
We enforce secure defaults in Exchange / Gmail: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, safe link / phishing controls, impersonation rules, executive protection.
🗄
Retention & Legal Hold
We apply retention policies, archive rules, and legal hold to email, chat, and file content — and maintain that policy over time so evidence exists when you need it.
📂
Collaboration Governance
SharePoint / Drive / WorkDrive sprawl is where leaks happen. We define ownership, sharing rules, and external access policy so client data stops being “public by accident.”
📊
Executive Reporting
Monthly summaries: licenses in use, risky access, external sharing, account cleanup, and proof of offboarding. That’s what finance, security, and legal all ask for.
Service & Cost

Full workplace administration, as-a-service

You keep strategic control. We become the operations layer. IT stops doing repetitive identity/admin work and finally gets to build.

Managed Workplace Management Service
We operate Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / Zoho, plus Teams / Meet / Zoom governance, as your day-to-day admin function. You can bring us into your existing tenant — or we can provide and manage the licensing for you.
$60
per user / month
practical minimum 5 users
Includes provisioning/deprovisioning, license & role oversight, mailbox / chat security hardening, retention/legal hold policy enforcement, and collaboration governance.
How licensing works
We do two things for you:
  • We can take over and manage your existing tenant
You keep paying Microsoft / Google / Zoom / etc. directly on your normal annual or monthly plan. We become the admin of record and keep it compliant, efficient, and documented.
  • Or we procure and resell your seats for you
We source the correct SKUs, assign the right tiers to each role, and handle renewals. Licensing itself is billed separately from our $60/user/mo management service.
Billing model if we procure:

• You can pay vendor cost up front (annual or monthly) and we manage it.
• Or we can front the licensing and invoice you per user for the full year’s SKU cost plus our Workplace Management fee for that user / SKU.
Translation: you’re never forced into a mystery bundle. You either bring your existing stack and we run it, or we supply the stack and carry it. The $60/user/mo is for the management service — not for Microsoft/Google themselves.
  • We onboard and offboard users correctly — every time
  • We manage group/role access without waiting for “someone to remember”
  • We enforce retention, legal hold, and sharing policies
  • We provide monthly evidence to satisfy finance, legal, and insurance
Advanced compliance (industry-specific retention / regulated comms archiving) is available. We’ll tell you if you actually need that or not.

Workplace Management

You keep control. We run Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoho like an operations team.

Onboarding, offboarding, licensing, permissions, retention, email security, meeting governance. We handle the admin and compliance workload under your approval processes — so IT can focus on strategic work, and finance stops paying for seats nobody uses.

What's getting difficult

Your collaboration stack became your compliance stack

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams aren’t just “email and chat.” They’re identity, legal hold, audit evidence, insider risk, and external sharing policy. Most in-house IT teams were never staffed to operate all of that every single day.

🆕
Onboarding is high-friction
New hires need email, Teams/Meet, groups, shared drives, MFA, signatures, calendar, Zoom roles — instantly. Doing it all manually burns hours and still leaves gaps.
🚪
Offboarding has risk
Former staff still showing up in shared mailboxes, private Teams channels, client folders, Zoom recordings. “We think they’re out” is not evidence.
💸
License creep costs real money
It’s common to quietly pay for 5, 10, 20 unused accounts across 365 / Workspace / Zoom because nobody’s doing monthly entitlement cleanup at the user level.
⚖️
Retention & legal hold are inconsistent
You’re subject to contract, HR, insurance, discovery. Chat logs and email archives need policy, but in reality they live in “we’ll pull that when someone asks.”
Why it matters to leadership

This is not “help desk work” anymore

The workload buried in “just let IT handle it” is now governance, finance control, security posture, and audit defense. We make that visible, manageable, and predictable.

Operational Load
Constant
Your internal IT team is usually covering this between outages, projects, and exec asks. It’s not that they can’t — it’s that this is becoming a full-time function.
  • Creating / disabling accounts across multiple platforms
  • Access to SharePoint / Drive / WorkDrive folders “ASAP”
  • “Can I get into that Teams channel / Zoom room?” tickets
  • Who needs E5, who needs Business Premium, who needs Basic
  • Zoom / Teams / Meet sprawl with zero guardrails
Regulatory & Legal Exposure
Quarterly
Auditors, insurers, and counsel want proof: who had access to what, and when did you revoke it. Saying “we think we did that” puts the liability on you.
  • Shared inboxes with no owner but broad access
  • Old chats that should be retained or defensibly purged
  • Departed users still able to view client folders
  • Executive email not under consistent retention policy
  • Finance’s license report doesn’t match HR’s roster
What we run for you

We operate the day-to-day, with your approval gates

Microsoft 365 • Google Workspace • Zoho • Teams • Meet • Zoom. You keep ownership and final say. We standardize the admin work, enforce policy, and generate proof.

➡️
Provisioning & Deprovisioning
New hire? We create accounts, apply MFA, assign groups, provision storage and meeting access. Departure? We revoke everywhere same day — and log it for audit.
👥
Role & License Management
Group memberships, data access, Teams/Meet/Zoom roles, mailbox permissions. We also right-size licensing monthly so you’re not paying for seats nobody is using.
✉️
Email Security Hardening
We enforce secure defaults in Exchange / Gmail: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, impersonation rules, safe link / phishing controls, executive protection.
🗄
Retention & Legal Hold
We apply and maintain retention policies and legal hold across email, chat, and shared content, so you have defensible evidence when finance, legal, or insurance needs it.
📂
Collaboration Governance
SharePoint / Drive / WorkDrive / shared folders. We define who owns what, control how data leaves, and stop “everyone can see everything forever.”
📊
Reporting for Leadership
Monthly summaries: entitlements, risky sharing, access cleanup, license utilization, and proof of offboarding. The stuff finance, legal, and security all ask for.
Service & Cost

Your workplace, operated as a managed function

We become the operational layer for Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / Zoho, including Teams / Meet / Zoom governance. You keep strategic control and decision-making. We execute, enforce, and document.

Managed Workplace Management Service
We handle day-to-day identity, permissions, access, collaboration governance, retention, and license hygiene. You approve changes and keep ownership of the environment.
$60
per user / month
Designed for teams of 5+ users
Includes onboarding/offboarding, license & role oversight, mailbox / chat security hardening, retention / legal hold policy enforcement, collaboration governance, and recurring leadership reporting.
How licensing & procurement work
We can support you two ways:
  • We manage what you already have
You keep your current Microsoft / Google / Zoom / etc. agreements (monthly or annual). We step in as your admin of record and operate it cleanly, with your approval. No forced migration, no forced bundle.
  • Or we procure and right-size licensing for you
We source the correct SKUs, assign the right tier to each role, manage renewals, and keep you from overbuying. Licensing itself is billed separately from the $60/user/mo management service.
Billing model if we procure:

• You can pay vendor cost up front (annual or monthly) and we manage it for you.
• Or we can front the licensing and invoice you per user for the SKU for the year, plus our Workplace Management fee for that user / SKU.
Either path = cost transparency. You’re never stuck in a mystery “bundle price.” The $60/user/mo is our operations service — not Microsoft or Google’s fee.
  • We execute provisioning/deprovisioning the same day, consistently
  • We manage access and group membership instead of “someone remembering”
  • We enforce retention, hold, and sharing policies you’ve approved
  • We deliver monthly compliance / finance evidence your leadership can use
Industry-specific compliance (regulated retention, communications archiving, finance/healthcare constraints) is available. We’ll tell you if you actually need it — we don’t upsell “enterprise” for no reason.

Internal IT alone vs. Internal IT + Digerati

Scroll sideways on mobile. We’re not replacing your IT team — we’re giving them an ops layer they don’t have time to build and maintain.

CapabilityInternal IT doing everything manuallyInternal IT + Digerati Workplace Management

Offboarding completeness“We think they’re out of everything” All accounts revoked, access logged, proof stored

Email / messaging security baselineAd hoc rules, default vendor settings Hardened Exchange / Gmail / Teams / Zoom posture

Who is watching license spendUsually no single owner Centralized procurement / optimization with transparency

HR needs a new account. Legal needs retention. Finance wants license cleanup. Who owns that today?

If the honest answer is “IT is doing their best,” we’re the next layer. We’ll run the repetitive admin and compliance work, provide proof every month, and free your internal team to work on what actually moves the business forward.
